Ab workout without situps!

Oh yeah...I got it all figured out. This method will allow everyone to get the ultimate ab workout and end up with a six pack that would make Ahnold jealous.

Here's how:

1. Hang out with sick people.

2. Catch that cold!

3. Hack, cough, hack, cough... in that order. Do 100 sets of 10 daily.

There you have it, the easiest way to a six pack!

Haha, I don't have the abs yet...just working on them. :)

Thanks for the well wishes though....if it weren't for this hacking cough I would feel fine. :(
