A sad day in Chattanooga...she was a local Icon

Pink Lady Down. RIP.

Seems like she really loved that part of her life.

I know it was an "accident" but how many many many times do we have to hear the same story before "licensed" drivers are taught to LOOK FOR BIKES. He'll get a ticket and she lost her life?

It makes me sick how preventable this is.

Rest in Peace

Prayers to the friends and family.

Another pointless loss of life due to unobservant cagers.

She will be missed. I used to see her all the time. Did you see that they charged the other person with failure to yeild the right of way and insurance violation! What the ?????? What about Vehicular Manslaughter?

For a Vehicular Manslaughter charge to stick the prosecutors would have to prove criminal negligence or intent to kill. State laws vary greatly for prosecution as well as punishments.
