A great Vendor!

Just wanted to let everyone know about the 1st class treatment I received at Lockitt.com - when it really matters. They sell motorcycle security products, luggage, etc.

I purchased OXFORD saddlebags from them a few years ago. They had the best deal. Recently I broke a buckle, and without such I can't really use the saddlebags. They found the replacement buckle for me, and are shipping it absolutely free. No hassle.

In todays environment, it's like a breath of fresh air.

If you have the need in the future and the vendor can't help, I always find things like that in the craft / sewing area of WalMart

BTW, I initially contacted OXFORD co. directly (they are in UK) because I couldn't remember the vendor, and they responded with some BS. After a couple of emails back and forth, I lost my hope with them, and shortly thereafter I figured the vendor www.lockitt.com

I guess it has a lot to do with the advent of book bags for kids and drug dealers
