A cheap fix to make sure your rear tire is aligned

Using a tread depth tool may be the cheapest and now the easiest way to assure your rear tire is properly aligned. Thought of this today. Plenty of measurements on the tool and it holds your last measurement. Tire and chain adjustment just got really easy. Hope it helps someone.

With the measurement on the gage you can get your alignment amost absolutely perfect. Let me know what you think.

yup,I use a dial caliper to do mine...right on the money!

Ok, what happens if yer swing arm is just a little krunked from the factory or maybe one leg is longer than the other? ( your reference point is different from side to side)?

One cone goes in the swingarm pivot and the other in the rear axle.
