List the error codes your getting. There are like 21 of them total.

Throw a friend's ecu on there and see what you get. Or I have one from a 99 that I know works perfectly that I'll sell you cheap if you pm me.

Check grounds and connections but definately see what the codes are first.Wish bikes had a OBD2 port then I could plug my scanner into it, but no they have to be different.

Sami your only a few mins away from Blais cycle a place I've taken my bike to many times.

Home - Blais Cycle

Call and ask for Kevin the owner or Dr Ron. They will fix you up the right way.

That is if you aren't capable or don't want to try to fix it yourself?

Was it running fine before this? Did it sit?

Yea , ALOT of people do but you need to wait for more than a 1/2 hour for them to reply

I don't get it. No one on this site likes to work on they're own stuff.

Open up to the back of your manual, and see what the codes mean, then go from there.

the codes i am getting is the following

13
14
15
21
22
23
31
92

i have the manual and looked up the codes, they are just totally different systems on the bike. i am guessing it is the ecu but i would like to find a way to confirm that

thanks

Well not a mechanic but those codes are all over the place. Someone else asked, but were you riding the bike, just bought the bike and it hasn't been cranked in ten years. What's the situation.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery after a few minutes.....charge the battery...

I love my 99. Just put 170 miles today.

Turning the key on and off resets the codes on the Busa. Battery definitely needs to be up.
