I have got a set of 6" bolt on extensions...also have the 3 hole dogbones...to run the extensions with the bike lowered do I need to run a strut or is there a way to have it lowered and still keep the shock...with out bottoming on the launch?

thanks

you need to replace the strut, or you can buy a revalved one form trac dynamic. they revalve the shock & replace the spring with a stifer one.

It's gonna bottom out on the lowest setting, even with a stock length arm.
It's just going to rub a small hole in the underside.
No major damage tho.
My buddy has a 6" over arm and it's lowered all the way.
Everything gets real close down there.
