I'm not sure this is the tire I want for sport touring. Would like something that lasts a long time and decent grip, especially in the rain. This sure seems like a really good price to me. Whaddya think?

great price. may want to try the Michelin Pilot Road 2s for more miles. I am on my 2nd set and love them. 279 at compacc.com 3rd set on the way for when I need another set.

Yes, if your interested in Sport Touring, wet grip, and mileage.. you want the Pilot Road 2s.
Powers are great tires if your more into twisties, but are short on slab milage and wear. Not the best in the rain either.
Pay a few $$ extra and get Road 2s. For what your looking for, you'll be way $$, performance, wear, and safety ahead.

I think fstbusa had the same tire on his front last year at the Bash and had to replace it after just 700 miles (it was wasted!). I'd say thumbs down on the original Pilot and get the CT2 if you want to go Michelin.
