2007 Black has blue in it?

my '03 LE....all Black, no flake.........Flake adds extra weight.......weight=slower

had my front fender painted and the hump both were jet black and they match the rest of the bike

I read somewhere that they screwed up at the factory paint booths and forgot to change out the spray paint nozzles when changing color from blue to black............can you say RECALL!!

All Busas have some flake in them with the exception of some L.E.'s like the 04 tomato . My 04 Blue/Silver had flake and my 04 Purple/Blake has it too. Thats why its so hard to match sometimes . Companies like color-rite don't take that fact into consideration.

You ought to see how they used the colored fleck to get the gunmetal effect on the 05 LE. You have to see it to appreciate. Yellow, purple, green, blue, gold, silver, hint of red......

yeah it actually has blue and green flake in it my 07 looks sik in the sun and it makes it faster
