well i had a good ride out today as im really trying to get some miles in on my busa and overcome the fatigue (been cycling a lot as i got a nice new mtb) and that's helping 
had a stiff neck and some arm ache but not too bad oh and a slight numb bum but generally fairly happy
i think it takes time to adjust to bigger miles but the helis stompgrips and the standard screen help me (db screen is no good for me)
well i got home and thought ill just work my magic as she was bloody dirty (rain for 20miles) dont ya just love england
tyres are nicely worn in and everything is all sorted now so bikes a good one and im starting to really like it (oh and there quite quick on over takes )
anyway she is looking rather good for 7yrs and 20k miles
