I have reflective lines on both my Hondas, I think they look cool, only reason I don't have them on the busa is because the wheels are chrome.

And you can get them for a lot less than $12 BTW: ebay link

I like 'em. A subtle touch that breaks up the black.

Thank you everyone for your responses thus far. It seems, surprisingly than an overwhelming majority of people give it a thumbs up. Goes to show this site isn't full of a bunch of snobs who scoff at any cheap mod!

How hard was it to put those on ?

It wasn't very difficult. Each wheel has 4 stickers on each side. A good clean with rubbing alcohol and then it took about 10 minutes per wheel. They don't immediately make a solid bond, so as long as you don't push down too hard you can peel it back a little when you start losing your line... :beerchug:

Thanks again folks,
Jonny

I did the same thing recently...

red reflective rim tape. In the photo I only have it on one side of the rim. But the bike now has it on two sides (180 degrees from each other). It feels less cluttered than with 4 sets of stripes on each side.

Sorry to redirect for a second but Manny in the second pic , up close of your front tire it looks severly cupped , no ?

Now as for the stripes . I like them and the way they accent the bike . Maybe just a tad thicker than would be my first choice but they look fine . I've often wondered how my wheels would look with a blue stripe on them but am not confident in my abilities to do them .

Yo!!

We can drink some coffee out of those Pirelli cups.

I prefer the clean look of the wheels before the stripes, but I'm a conservative.
