02 Idle adjuster

My 02 idle adjustment is under the tank, My 03 was with in hands reach.. Can A newer cable be used to extend the adjustment knob so I can get to it with out raising the rank? I do not remember how my 03 was set up. I want to move it to the outside.

You need the parts from a 99-00 Busa.

You dont need the spring, just use the one thats on the bike!

yes, it works like a champ! run it through the frame plug on the right side of your fuel tank while sitting on the bike for a clean look.

Did you buy your 03 used?
If so, prev. owner may have put it on.
2000 was the last year of external adj.

Like the others said, buy from Vman1300 with MR cycles. Good deals and a sponsor also.
