Actually, the 09 1000 is only 31.5lbs lighter than my 06 busa was. The busa was 478, the 1k is 446.5.

Thanks for the replies. I'm not a fan of the Q2 just because of the mileage issue. If I only rode a few thousand miles a year then sure. But I ride a lot more than that. There are many times that I ride several hundred miles in a day. I need something that's gonna last at least 4000 miles...

Be prepared to wait a while. It took me a month to get my claim settled. It was also the other guy's fault. They originally low balled me by $2000. I eventually got them back up to what I wanted, but it took me a month of arguing and getting documents from dealers and all that wonderfulness...
