    4th Gear

worth a shot, will give it a try within the next couple days and let ya know if any difference. Noticed the trans sales but by the time I got to them looked like already spoken for. Wasn't gonna try to step on anyones toes just to get mine running right again. Can wait short bit if I have to

    4th Gear

Before I went down one on front, was at 30k. Now says 39.4k Would that have an effect on only one gear though? Would of thought a clutch issue would be noticed throughout entire range

    Start my car then....BOOM

Don't get caught driving it around. I know at least out here in Cali that it is illegal to drive a vehicle with a deployed airbag. Just lettin ya know

    4th Gear

Yeah, I have been kinda quiet since starting civilian life. Its driving me freaking insane! Trying to get back into the Corps now but being told that since I am prior service they cannot do a thing with me until Jan at earliest and that there is about a 90% chance of going back to original...

    4th Gear

4th Gear slipping on me. Under smooth acceleration no problems but if cruising in 4th or hitting hard busa skips like there is a busted cog or something. When I do have to use the bike I refuse to touch 4th until can get fixed. Anyone know of cheap place to get new trans? Or other ideas...

    Tupelo MS to Miramar CA

Did Pensacola to Cali on the busa 2 1/2 years ago. Used I-10 to I-5. 4 days of actual travel but took about a week to do it since I stopped over at a couple of friends places. Either way its a long trip, but once you hit the cali roads there are a couple shortcuts through traffic

    Fuel gauge accuracy..??

On mine, anything over 1/2 tank, the gauge will read full. Once that needle starts its freefall, I know I'm under half. Have checked both mileage and amount of fuel that fits comfortably in tank after needs starts to move. Fairly accurate for me.

Home economics and financial lifestyle. How would you describe yours?

try writing down every single thing you spend money on for a month then go back and look at your list. Most people actually get embarassed when they keep seeing the same things over and over and will at least try to get away from being so dependent on their soda's, ice tea's, or whatever other...

Warm it up or just go?

Neighbors love me. Start the bike, light a cigarette. Once done smoking put on helmet and gloves (everything else is already on) and I'm on my way to work. Nothing like the echo of a busa engine at 440am!

Guantanamo Detainees to b released FREE in U.S.

Article did say something about some of the prisoners being from central asia region that china considers to be separitist so cannot be sent back to china. In no way does this mean that all of those being considered for release will be the ones from this region, just a part of the article that...

Do You Love What You are Doing ?

At a refinery, job security is fairly good for us right now. Can't really say that it was my dream to be here or that I am overly pleased with my job, but it does pay the bills and keep my children taken care of so no complaints here
