When I rolled the wheel there was alot of chain noise but it's still doing it as if something is loose or something

I got it jacked up and its not the spacers the wheels tight

I have a 2014 hayabusa and I tightened the chain on it after tightening the chain it has been making this weird noise that only happens when it's rolling it is coming from the rear area. Help please

The front fender but I crossed it over and it's throwing a c49 code

Long story short whoever had it before me i guess didnt tighten the bolts down tight enough. and yes at 120 it came off shattered and severed the brake line. cut it right in half.
