Ok, lets start with an easy one, how much power can the stock injectors take?
Question two, how much power can the bottom end handle.
Then I will figure out the rest, no need to get into specifics of power adders, etc.
Lets assume you have a stock motor with only an upgraded fuel pump, and no head spacer.
What is the supposed maximum HP/Torque the motor and injectors can handle?
Keep in mind, not what is the safe numbers, what is the max. running C16 or whatever you have to do?
What can the motor handle?
This goes along with my earlier post of Turbo Busa having some oil coming out of the intake side of the turbo.
How many people out there when doing a turbo kit removed the oil plug/regulator that sits basically inside the oil filter on the block?
Was wondering if removing this could be causing...
I did just go on a 110mi ride, and was a little surprised that I didn't have my usual oil down the left side of the bike, but then my ride home, with more stop and go was covered and leaking.
I am not seeing any oil burning on the exhaust side, but I could just be missing it. I really just...
Ok, that could work, as long as I can find one that will hold the PSI I am looking for. Thanks for that idea. If it holds at least I can get rid of the other restrictor fittings.
Ok I have a 09 Turbo Busa Running a Garrett 2871R. I have tried re-building it once already, but it didn't seem to help. Also purchased a new scavenge pump to make sure that wasn't the problem.
What keeps happening is I am leaking oil out of the intake side of the turbo. Everyone says due to...
Well I guess I finally found the culprit......go figure just a little bit to much oil in the motor. Removed about 1/4 quart and haven't seen a drop since.
I tried purchasing one from bluegauges.com, but he ended up refunding my money, guessing his didn't work on an 09 Busa.
I purchased a SpeedoDRD from 12Oclock labs. Was easy to adjust. All I had to do is just use a program on my phone called Ulysse Speedometer, to see what I was actually...
Did a Stage 2 Kit on an 09 Busa. Stretched 5" lowered, and finally tuned so it is running much smoother and quieter thanks for Nels @ 2 Wheel Dynoworks.
Here is the video of the build.
