I have a 06 with oem rear tire. Front only has 3000 miles on it. They are both oem bridgestone BT56R tires. I can't find the BT56R anymore, and if I can it's at FULL MSRP plus shipping. The BT56R is a bridgestone Battlax. I've found two other Battlax's, but have different numbers...

I'm really liking the alpinestars stuff. Maybe I'll stop in at the alpinestars dealer tomorrow and ask them.

I'm looking thinking about buying the alpinestar stage jacket and A-10 leather/textile pants. Moto -> Jackets -> Leather Jackets - Alpinestars Official Store Sort by price. The stage is $399 list. I don't see where any of their jackets say approved for drag racing.

For 2009/2010 models. I like the new black/gray the best. It has the black frame. For the Gen 1's the white is my favorite. Go figure. I agree with the above post. If you're going to go with a lot of chrome get the white. That would be sick.

Man that sucks. Why does the insurance company say it's not covered? Do you not have comp? #7 in one weekend, wow. These guys are either really stupid local guys that are sure to be busted or some big time thieves that go around the country doing this. Best of luck.

Any oil that is non-energy conserving and has a JASO-MA certification would probably be fine. There are also API certifications, but they change so much I'm not even sure what the "new" rating is. The API rating is also updated more often for emission related reasons than anti-wear related...

I'm not for certain, but isn't a cashier's check guaranteed cash? I'm not 100% certain that the bank would cut a check to the person selling the bike not knowing whether he is going to cash the check or payoff the title with it. Seeing how this is a "secured" loan I would guess the bank wants...

Don't let the bike go until you meet at the bank and the funds are transferred to your bank. At a minimum you need some sort of confirmation from his bank that the funds are available and on their way to your bank.
