front fork please help

I have a question i am looking for a good service shop forks sent my two forks out to get chromed. when i recieved them back they where fine when we put them on the left fork was leaking. i am looking for a place that can help me out if it more than replacing the seals. the forks are chromed and cut. dont really want to start over any help would be nice. thanks aaron
