This is ridiculous. They ackowledge it, but don't define IT.
I's be happy just to receive my @$%!##@! manual!
Fortunatley my problem was PC2 related-in repair now. But, I did receive the fuel filter and a couple of o-rings today from Midwest Action Cycle. If anyone needs them let me know.
