Well let me start off by telling you why we were riding. Few months back a kid was killed serving his country in Iraq. He was from my home town. We all met up about 830 in the morning and headed down to this bar where it was to start. It was about 12 sportbikes out of about 300 bikes. We were all together to begin with. So we finally get registered and begin the journey to different planned stops. Upon arrival of the first stop we over here the head guy being told we got a guy down. this happened in under a 5 mile ride so far. Turns out this harley guy was t-boned buy a car/truck(dont have details) and died on impact. good start already. Ok so we get to the next 2 or 3 stops fine. everyones trying to have a good time. wasnt until the last stop that one of the guys i was riding with goes down. for some reason this cbr900rr had to slow down forcing a zx12 and an f4 to go around and avoid him. unfortunatly the f4 had no where to go but off the road. his bike went into sand and front tire turned instantly. i didnt see this happen but guys said he held on to the bike while it flipped twice and eventually he flew off. luckily he only scrapped himself up with no broken bones. he is missing about 6lbs or skin and muscle from his left arm. we stayed at the hospital for rest of the day and never made it to the end of the run.

p.s. we were origanally supposed to have police escorts from the township but for some reason they backed out??? wtf? now they have to deal with a guy dying.

oh and i was the only one wearing a leather jacket besides another kid who had linen jacket with pads. rest were wearing tank tops and tshirts and one hoody sweatshirt.

Sucks man... Sounds like it's time to go sacrafice a chicken or at least lay low for a little while... That's rough...

Very sad man, but next time they shouldnt follow so close to any other rider. Especially in a tight group ride like that.
