I just installed my Harbour Freight chocks in my trailer too.

I always put the bikes on a rear stand too, it adds a great deal of stability, not sure if it would work in your truck bed.

Fix that, your straps are trying to pull the bike out of the chock. Take the straps from the passenger pegs to the front tie downs in your bed. That should be all you need.

Yes they are. I had to get a new socket set, battery chargers, and some other misc hand tools while I was there, along with the chocks and 4 new tie downs.
