Hello, new member trying to learn this site with little computer experience.
I had a question about cracking the cases. To get to my counter shaft do i really need to take all the extras off the block. The head, clutch, etc. First engine removal and trans work, so a little nervous. Any advice on this trans service? It had a racheting sound coming from the counter shaft, assuming its a bairing.???

Thanks for the responce. The busa is a 05 with 25,000 miles. Only about 10k of those are mine. I hated to buy a used sportbike but. That is what it took. Keeps me learning how to keep them on the road..
