It looks as if those stickers are unapplied. They still have the backing on them, hence the lifted look.

Once again you guys have good eye sight.. Yeah you can tell they still have the back plastic on.. Also if someone was collecting stickers some would be old, those all look clean and new..

My daughter put them on the truck awhile back, just having a good time. They are on cut down magnet sheets. We drove it around a couple days like that just to piss off the wife (the word "immature" was used alot).
