Got my gauge cluster back yesterday from Bluegauges.com. Pics are ok, but you have to see in person to really appreciate. When not powered up the face is pretty much white. First pic is with flash...

I just did the same thing for mine....i love them! I opted for the red led's instead of blue w00t!
 
If you do it your self should take 30 minutes. If you want to do the LED's also I would send them to bluegauges.

It only took a little over an hour total to remove and reinstall. Would've taken less...but wasn't sure where I wanted to mount the dimmer....which was a surprise in itself. Removing the windscreen made it a little easier as well, imho. I used an indoor-outdoor industrial velcro to mount the switch. Got that at a local fabric store.
 
Looks Great - the dimmer is a neat feature, and the Glowing needle's have me wanting to get a set. Can you get the gauges without the Kanji symbol and the red line (11K & above) area in Yellow as an option
