I had to start burning back up discs as my 4 yr old scratched 'em up faster than I could burn them!!

Its called DVD shrink.  And you are allowed to make 1 copy for personal use per the FBI.

You can use DVD Shrink to decrypt the disc and take out all the ads and junk. That writes the image to your hard drive. Then you can use DVD Decrypter to burn the image onto your blank DVD. If you have two dvd drives on your computer you can do it all in one step, since DVD Shrink will call up DVD Decrypter to start burning in your second drive without you being at the controls. Both programs are freeware.
