ALARM FOR BUSA

I contacted Spyball about getting the alarm in the states. This was their reply:

Thank you for your e-mail and the interest showed in Spyball products.

At the moment, we are sorry to comunicate that we do not offer our
motorcycle alarm systems in the USA, because the American frequency is
different from the European one. We trust, however, that our existing
contacts with a distributor and several japanese importers might turn into
possible co-operations in the future.

I have an Airtronix Thunderpage system. State of the art. Components are all Motorola. Really top quality. They're in Phoenix or Scottsdale AZ.

Falcon Fool if your friend had the alarm you are talking about he would have probably wound up in the back of that truck with his bike! The last time I saw one man take on 4 guys and win was a Bruce Lee movie.

A friend stopped by a crowded 7-11 one morning for a pack of smokes. He just went inside and when he came back his bike was gone. There was a customer at one of the pumps told him that 4 guys drove up in a pickup and lifted the bike to the back of the truck and drove off. I'm telling you, you need all the protection you can get. I don't think a disc lock, ignition kill, or plain alarm would have helped. An alarm with a pager would have been the best defense.
