I got an idea...and "HATE" is never a good answer...i believe in giving folks a 2nd chance...so here's what i propose..

we empty all our prisons nation wide...put'em on a big boat...ship'em to afghanistan...then issue them AK47's and grenades as they disembark on their new life journey in a new found land.

I think it would work out best for all involved.
