If the undertail has L.E.D. lights the relay is to slow down the blink rate. I like mine blinking fast, it looks different then normal and hopefully gets more attention that way.

Take a rain suit, you'll be thankful. The rainsuit can also add warmth from the wind if it gets cold as well.

Most bikes I've owned behaved the way you described if the tire was hanging on the axle while inserting through all the holes. As long as all your ducks are in row (sprocket, caliper, chain tensioners, etc.) once it's in, you should be fine. If the wheel spins like normal when you are done it...

I think you would like the Pilot Roads. They're plenty sticky for the street, great in the rain, and last longer on heavier bikes. They came stock on my FZ1 and made me confident from the get go. Just my $.02.   oops, now I see you mean the PR2's. No experience with those.

Thanks for the welcome. I like the ZX12, but I'm leaning toward the Busa mainly because my riding buddy lets me ride his Gixxer 1k all the time. Suzuki really seams to have their sport bikes well sorted out. (power, handling, fueling, etc) The aggressive styling sure is sexy as well.
