Well im done messing around, it was a good day we got a lot done.
Both bike's where running when we started around 10 am, in the end we had both motors swapped in the frames,
the new bike is running, complete, with all components installed to the new chassis.
That includes, the 24 volt starting and charging system.
I should have the bike completed in the next couple of days!

Here is a list of what is left to do.
Rebuild new forks with valves and springs
Install rearsets
Install undertail
Install bodywork
Bleed rear brakes
Install hids
Test ride, includes, one wheel or stoppie, opps!
Job well done so far!
Any thoughts on paint or keeping the colors that are on the new fairings?

Powder coating the frame and swingarm this winter, but are far as paint im not sure as of yet

what condition is the bike your going to sell be in?

Hey Dave I have a couple of rough side fairings in the basement, if you need them. I could do some bodywork on them and make them a little better.
