My DB just arrived and I'm pretty impressed. It was being sold through the ZG outlet as a factory second because it didn't meet quality control specifications. These imperfections are usually air bubbles, but there are none. The best $50 I've spent in this renovation I've got going on. Plastics are at paint, but I'll be sure to post pics when she is all done. I did include some pics of the new windscreen.

Air bubbles in the plastic...windscreens are injection molded and then vacuumed to remove any air. If the air bubbles are trapped and not fully removed then it is grounds for a factory second.

My friend's puig windscreen have bubbles inside it and its clear. Its very visible.I guess that what he meant.Beware ZG windscreens are thinner than many brands thus making it more fragile. You got to be extra gentle on it.1 of my mechanic broke 1 of the sides due to poor workmanship and got him to compensate 1 for me.
