Why does my Fuel pump only work when I apply ground to the Y/B wire?

I can only energize my fuel pump if I apply ground to the yellow/black stripe wire in the fuel pump relay. What is my problem?
* I have tip over switch plug
* My side stand switch is also shorted
* I put a bunch of negative ground in the chassis and engine.
* Transmission in neutral
* Stop/Start switch is working
* My interlock anti-theft is also working
* The clutch switch is also taken care of.
* New relays (large in the small relay)
* No blown fuse

I have done everything I could think of. Engine crank but no fuel pump, spark, and injector pulse.
The wiring harness is from 2007 the ECU is 2006 and the Engine is Gen1 2006

Question, I bought a Tip over eliminator -- is this supposed to be specific?
If you have a gen1 the resistor must match and different than gen 2 ?
Maybe I have a gen 2 resistor instead of gen 1.

what a stupid idea to eliminate the TOS - without and if the bike tips over the engine won´t stop running and lots of bearings get damaged because the oilpump sucks air and air in bearings is no good idea !!
keep ur tos in function - in now 16 years of repairing busas i never ever had an issue with a TOS.

dito clutch switch - as i herad , THAT causes issues at higher rpm - at all busa .

interlock ? is it a gen2 ? mention that allways when u ask 4 issues !

u ever had a strange look at the scheme from the manual ? download gen2 manual here

if i read the scheme right, i suppose Y/B seemingly is ground 4 the pump.
