Why can't I post an add in the classifieds?

I want to list my 08 Busa for sale and can't seem to post an add is the classifieds shut down?

Look up at the toolbar and Click on Classifieds tab right inbetween FAQ and Calander up there ^^^^
Then click what category you want then click Place a add.
