Whats it worth?

Looking at a friends 2001 blk/silver hayabusa. 1200 miles, yoshi exhaust, suz haya his/her leather jackets, his pants and boots, stand, racing clutches/gears still in boxes, cover, 2 suz haya helmets, timing retarder in box, and gloves.
How much is it worth?
Is there anything I should look for on a 6 year old bike riden so little?
Thanks guys, I'm a newbie. Got a vtx 1800 after riding sport bikes for years. Don't like it. Tried to trade it this week-end for a new one and the dealer wanted to rip me on the trade in.

Look for dry rotted tires, a rusty chain and stale fuel. Make sure the brake and clutch lines are still pliable and not dry and stiff. Also look for a fat envelope stuffed with about $ 6500 to $7000 in it and offer it to him for the bike and all the goodies. You could probably offer him less but you asked what it's worth.

I think you'd be getting a deal at anything less than $7200. Moose is right on. If you are in a position to have actual cash to use, as he said, flash $6000 and I'd bet there would be some interest.

What are you going to do with your 1800? I may have an envelope handy here.
