what power should i expect with modded 1409 cc

I made some longer stacks from 2 sets turned , parted off , made spigot and pressed them together

Now 60mm long

I turned some prototype ones 1st they were 85 mm long, of course Airbox lid would not fit - these had good midrange power

Dyno day is next Wednesday 31st May

so we tested the long 80mm intake stacks ( which do not fir air box - as a test), mid length 60mm versus the OEM on last years engine.

long stacks made 208 hp with 124 lbft RED curve
Mid length stacks made 207.6 with 120 lbft PURPLE curve - New Current set-up

last year 205hp with 118 lbft GREEN curve

we still have a flat spot our view its the Akra 4in1 exhaust low end issue, whatever we do with fueling/ignition timing it don't improve

pity the air box cannot fit the long stacks - (Gen1 airbox if i recall is taller) as this makes power and torque improve everywhere, but at least the head mods are an improvement. Making 10 more HP mid range 6,500 and 8,000

i had a test ride last Wednesday and the in gear datalogging shows a noticeable improvement.
Bike arrives this tuesday night so will be comparing datalogging of new package, she seems to accelerate harder than the similar powered ZZR i have.
Carbon wheels help to accelerate harder.

Engine in and fired up , hoping to take the bike home and run in a few miles before dyno tune

Buy lithium battery I bought last year was dead

So I have to wait 2 weeks as shop closed for holiday

But engine is mechanically quiet with correct cam clearances
Looking forward
With a stock map and no ignition advance of fueling set up matched hp of 1406 and more torque up to 6,300 rpm made 139 hp

So much more to come
