That's a Micron exhaust. I believe they went out of business a couple of years ago. Very unique looking.

Edit: It looks like maybe they have an active website now. I thought they were gone...

Yep, Micron.
Always liked those, but good luck finding a set.
They came in a stainless or aluminum finish also.
