WAS ANYONE AT HUNTSVILLE, ALA

Just checking to see if anyone made it to Huntsville, Alabama this past weekend...It's a bike rally sponsored by one of the clubs there "7/11 Club" they put on a nice event...Centered around 1/8 mile drag strip...

We rode down Sunday but came back the same day...Hugh turnout...Wish I had made a weekend of it...

It was a 438 mile ride for us total...Only saw one popo the whole time so we had opportunity to let them loose...ANd of course we did...I hadn't rode that hard in awhile really did enjoy it...Anyway "Keep Hope Alive"...Whatever...

I was there with several others. We drove over from Florence Saturday morning. That place was absolutely packed by mid afternoon. We only stayed Saturday but I agree, it might be worth making a weekend of it.

Where did you drive from?

We rode down from Jackson, TN...I've been to the event before and stayed the entire weekend...I think I'll put it back on the calendar for next year and depending on my skills I might even race...
