Anybody that's travelling to Americade or just up to Vermont riding around. Rt. 103 just north of Bellows Falls travelling towards Ludlow
is under extensive construction and they're doing a terrible job of keeping it tidy too. If you have nice paint, I would avoid this road altogether. The road is seriously gouged for probably 10 miles. 1 lane trafic only. This was yesterday, so they probably won't be done with it by next week.
