CARFAX report is what I'm looking for.

It does show an "event" could be an accident, fire flood, repossession, theft or corrected/duplicate title or a lease vehicle. My system doesn't tell me anymore than that. It shows the title has never been branded.

thank you very much. OK, so I worry about what that "event" is. If I go online and get the autocheck or carfax will I have your same info? Or, do you have a very basic access to this report? Is there a higher level of report access? Many thanks?

There is a higher level of access but our company only pays for that. I work in the used car industry and we look primarily for branded titles. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

You were plenty of help Don. You answered the question... there is a higher level. I can pay for it. The bottom line it's not branded and that would be the deal breaker. Later
what does branded mean?
Branded means things such as "salvage title, flood title etc"
Always hard to find a Mustang that hasn't been in some type of fender bender.

Don, like to call on you again my friend. I passed on the other car. Found a mint 2004 Termi in Comp Orange. Like to run the VIN and see if anything bad shows up. I'm pretty committed to this one. I'll post a picture or two for you gear heads.

Grew up Chevy. Bought a DODGE in 2003. Bought my son his first 2004 GT in 2010 and my oldest his 2004 Mach 1 in 2013. Now old dad just needs to go get this one home after Christmas. Great cars and the TERMI mans tons of HP on stock internals. This thing will have to run with those numbers. Later KY Stang Brother.

I've once bought a used car without checking now always look for the vin number and have the confidence that he bought the car in good condition.
