Vibration

I recently had my busa on a dyno and am picking up a vibration between 5000-8500rpm. At first I thought it was the rear tire and we changed it and the Vibration remains, we also re-checked the tire for balance. Could a chain cause this or possibly the gears? I have visually checked both and both seem in good shape, bike only has 3000 ml on it. Any sugestions are deaply appreciated.

Is it a motor or a chasis vibration?
Does it increse with R.P.M. or M.P.H.?

It appears to be a chassis Vibration and it goes away at 8500rpm. you can not feel it when you ride however the Dyno picks it up. and it stays persistant between 5000-8500RPM.

Is the back wheel hopping on the drum?

Did you check the motor mounts?

Vibration at around 5500 rpm is a well known fact and is nothing to worry about but if it still vibrates hard at 8000 then there is a problem.
