I'm convinced. I need it. Don't ask. Does anyone have pics of mounting locations? I don't believe there is enough room under the windshield in that small space at the front. Also, pics of running the wire to the battery, did you run it under the fairing? Did you buy the compact module. Seems like it is one more thing you have to mount somewhere. I don't mind being wired for sound which I'm assuming it mandatory. Any tips on the V1 mounting appreciated and which Saeng stand are you using?(unless you tell me that a small Bel up front is the way to go). Thanks!

I have one and its great... mounted it with the suction cups under the double bubble. put a small piece of double hook velcro on the shelf and on the bottom of the unit just in case. hard wired to the battery along the right side under the tank. I have the remote audio mounted on the left fluid reservior with double hook velcro. stero mini plug wire from there to my chatterbox frs. now when it goes of in my ear i can notify my riding buddies...........

Suction cup mount has only come off once when my bike was hit by a flying busa.... (thats another story) other than that it sticks like snot. V1 doubles for car duty. best detector since the escort of the 70's..... no pics yet though sorry....

You can't go wrong with the V1,I use one also.
