Unknown miss I can't get rid of

Bike has a brocks street megaphone full system, power commander, fuel map from brocks.  The bike has a steady miss from 800-10,000 rpms without a load, it is hard to notice with a load accelerating, and you can hear it with engine baking.  Bike has had numerous bottles of fuel injection cleaner put through it and also has new spark plugs. The miss isn't bad but it can't be normal either. best way to describe it is

baaaaaaaa--baaaaaaaaaaaa--baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa--baaaaaaaaa.  it is not smooth running, almost like a miss every second or second and a half.
With the bike in neutral and gradually increasing the throttle it will miss like this through the entire rpm range.  


Any ideas?

Start with the PC and the map, get her on a dyno.

any other ideas or are you thinking it is a map issue?
