That is none other than Mitchell Pierce. I know that young man well. That video was from our local track in Renton, Washington (Pacific Raceway)
Enter "Mitchell Pierce" in the search box on You Tube and you'll find a number of his videos. The kid came from a background in dirt and flat track racing. Before he was ten years old he had a track at his house where he practiced 3-4 hours a day after school every day. Mitchell has great skills and a cool guy as well.
