Too Many Deaths

Here in my area we have had several bike fatalities this week. We had one get killed on thursday evening, one on friday, and another on saturday. This is within a 20 mile radius. What is going on?
Two of them I know were cagers at fault. The other I am unsure of.
Guys/gals, we need to be safe out there!!!

I think its just the increasing numbers of bikes and people not paying atention behind the wheel of the cars could be too bike riders not driving defensively.
