First off - I APOLOGIZE if this is a re-post. I honestly can never get the search function to do much good for me.

The first 2 to 2 1/2 minutes of the video are what made me go AAAAHHH. Then it was all the other "speculation" that I could do without.

I am telling you I can negotiate a managed care contract forwards and backwards, but computers, my solution is to throw them out the window when they act up. Of course I can not do this at work so my VP and Supervisor (who are also on the same level of computer intelligence) always say when having problems always reboot or shut down, if that doesn't fix the problem then you got issues. That is the extent of my knowledge. LoL!
