Luckily I take Zero medication and same for my wife I’m 63 my wife is 60



I’m really fit and I thank my knowledge
I have known the above for years

We cook all our own food predominantly vegan but I have added recently some pasture raised eggs and some grass fed beef. As I need more protein for cycling etc

I can cycle 100 miles in 5 hours 32 minutes and can still run a 25 minute 5K (3.12 miles )

I ask the same question. The saying we are what we eat always sounded logical, but not many seem to be listening. The Instapot and air frier get a real workout in my kitchen.

Nothing wrong with air frying if is real food

The real enemy is not fat but sugar
Dr Ancil US chief surgeon and his 7 countries studied was flawed in 1958 citing saturated fat was the killer. It’s since been debunked

Then the match towards refined grains and fructose as cheap food started ti ruin the nation health

I use the pressure cooker more. 5 lbs of chicken breast a week. I should sprout feathers soon. Pork or beef occasionally to help keep me sane. Lots of fresh veggies and I try to eat at least one piece of fresh fruit a day.
This conversation and jelly’s are you fit thread would meld well.
