Balloon tires keep weight down is the goal there Nastee . Big blocks of tread add up quickly . I imagine these are foam filled also so flats are not a issue . Seeing no spare on a rescue vehicle means something is unique in the tire/wheel combo .

At first glance I thought this was built on a GM c45/5500 platforms like the armored trucks I work on but I did a little research and they are one off’s. Pretty damn cool. FEMA needs some of these for times of crisis to aid in recovery and rescue!!
