Every year after I get back from a get together with the other members I always go through a little depression. I really do enjoy seeing all the members at the events and we have really created some great friendships. I started thinking about how many of us have changed in 11 years and how some really great memories have been made. I wanted to take this thread and let us all post up links to the best of the best on the site... We have seen some great times and some really hard times, more good than bad. Let's see how many of us share the same memories...

Here is mine...

I think these threads show with absolute clarity what we are as a group and how we can make a change... I can't tell you how much fun it was making these trips with friends and jacking with MC_Mustang while he was in Afghanistan helpless to stop us... There are members in pictures in these threads that have passed on, some members I still share time with... To me this is the best of the org.....

Wow, this is absolutely too much. It is amazing the affect that this stuff had on me while I was gone. Many of you know that I was going through quite a lot during this time period - and the funniest of the threads were the track, but also the little blue bicycle! ORgsters, you rock!

Thanks Doug!

Shawn, looks like you and I are the only ones that have a favorite thread....

Well, I am fine with that! LOL

Sorry guys, I have a few favorites. Let me dig them up in a little bit.

I don’t have a specific thread that was a favorite. Any thread where a member is helping another member makes me proud to be a part of the Org. That and any thread where I can pick on Vab’s or Bots

I know I haven't been here long, but this thread makes me laugh just thinking about it!!

Hey y'all! That was Guiness Quality Epic Ho'in rat thar!

I've got a few favs as well. Gimme a bit! And capt your right about the depression.
Here I sit on a day off under a beautiful warm blue sky and I don't feel like riding, no friends no curves.
Just boring flat solitude :(

Edit: wow, Bots did we really push that thread 45 pages?!?!?!

Good ones! And great memories!! I have so many; I'd have to really dig around for 'em...

If I listed here all the things this place and my friends here have done for me, well, I'd cry...the list is HUGE!!

First post 05/16/2005 and now has 241 post current as of 01/16/2012. I've read this thread completely at least once over the few years I've been around the oRg and as painful as it is to read it really clearly shows what the oRg is all about. Now I never met Jorge but I have PM'd with his Mom and the fact that she not only has a place to come and read about her son, but she also has members still looking out for her and wishing her the best is awesome.

I used to look over my shoulder and see Kevin folded over in his chair tears pouring out laughing because of a name change, or some other oRg hijinks's. The first few months working with Kevin, I would troll the forum here to just find out how a forum could possibly be that intriguing. A simple "name change" could bring that much humor? As I discovered yes, when you start to know the group it make perfect sense! Somewhat like that small group of neighborhood kids most people grew up with, the friendship here is much the same, when all go out and play we sometimes we scuffle but at the end of the day regardless of what we ride were on the same "Team." And when someone needs a hand or a shoulder or just some quiet prayers they are cared for. While sadly I didn't ever get to know Kevin as some of did, I certainly get now why he valued this place as much as he did.

The love the oRg has shown the Varner family, and the members that made the trip to ride for the funeral blew me away. I don't know that I'll ever own a hayabusa and honestly great laughs is what I come here most often for, but the family feeling I get is why I'll stick around keep on folks you've created a special place.

:bowdown::thumbsup:
