Tech savy business people, help plz

I am looking for a way to mass text to smart phones for free or very very cheap... email is free but I am thinking most folks arent checking their email as much as text.

Best quote I have had so far is 3 cents each which sounds cheap but I want send out eventually 10,000 or more every day... = $9K per month.

These wont be spam it will be a request for a daily info I have set up with local businesses, and the recipient can opt out anytime.

I have been to warriorforum.com and had some good info but the price I found was as above.

Have you posted it as a job for people to bid on? I know theres sits where you explain the type of program you want and people bid to do the job...
