Suspension setting?

This might be a far fetch, but has anyone done the stock suspension adjustment? If you are 220 or very close to that, could you post up what you dialed yours in to? I do not have the stands to get the front end up to do it myself. Thanks a lot!

You are right on the borderline to needing new springs for the forks, IMO.

Take at look at That will point you in the right direction.
 
jinkster did the work for ya..... I just did mine last night according to his measurements. I'm 220 also
 
Front Preload- 3 Rings
Compression - 5 clicks out
Rebound- 3 clicks out

Rear Preload- 2 Rev on the collar clockwise
Compression- 7 clicks out
Dampening- 10 clicks out
 
I'm 225 my front preload is all the way down at 0.still too much sag.
com 4 clicks
reb 3 clicks
rear set as above post
.85 kilo springs too weak-need at least 1.0 kilo

rebound center screw
compression @ the bottom where your brake caliper is

comp is the adjustment screw at the bottom of the forks.rebound is the screw at the top of forks.There is a pic in your manual.

I started this myself last night. just finished.
I had to write it down to keep myself straight.
pretty easy once you get it all dialed in.
