If we didn't spend money on these type of pictures, discoveries, and seemingly nonsensical pieces of (visual) trivia... what would we teach in all those schools we've built? Eventually we have to realize that photos like these and photos of our own planet from space will be history, perhaps ancient history at some point - much like what we're already teaching in school. The difference is, hopefully a lot of the guesswork is gone because we have properly documented our era.


NASA doesn't take enough pictures for our comsumption, in my opinion.

Looks like one out my back window  

. I would feel like I was home there, well

I would without the freezing nights, searing heat  

in the day light and NO Air to breath  

Come to think of it, change night to winter, day to summer and the only difference is the NO AIR
