Strange cloud

Went out to the track this morning to prepare for the weekend and noticed this really strange cloud over in the East.

I've never seen one like this before.

And no, that's not blurry, that's what it really looked like

Its the remnants of a mushroom cloud from a Nuke test in Nevada overnight.

Looks like a missile launch to me. Have seen the same thing around Barstow, CA.

That's what I thought but it looks like a missle launch. Mr. Bogus posted some awesome cloud pictures, when I lived in Texas if you saw those you headed for the storm shelter. Amazing...

A good guess google up "Wall clouds" and look at the images tab... amazing stuff nature has...

Wall clouds are generated one of 2 ways....a front moving through at high speed, or in a hurricane. I don't particularly want to be around for either.
